• Vehicle listing URLs you paste into CarWise AI in order to run an analysis.
• Any information you voluntarily include when you contact us by email, such as your email address and the details of your request.

Information generated during analysis

When you run an analysis we generate and store an analysis record so the result can be shown to you again and, if you unlock it, delivered as a Full AI Buy Report. This record can include the vehicle identification number found in the listing, vehicle details, market comparison data, calculated scores, risk signals and the generated report content.

Technical and service information

Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers process technical information needed to deliver and secure the service, such as request data and error diagnostics.

Third-party providers

We rely on third-party providers to operate the service:

• Automotive data providers, used to retrieve vehicle, listing and market information.
• AI processing providers, used to generate the written analysis in a report.
• Hosting, database and infrastructure providers, used to run the website and store analysis records.
• A payment provider, once paid purchases are enabled on the site.

These providers may process information outside your country of residence. We share only what is needed for them to perform their function.

Payments

Paid purchases are not yet enabled on this website. When they are, payment information will be collected and processed by the payment provider. CarWise AI does not claim to directly store full payment card details.

Why we process this information

• To run the vehicle analysis you request and display the result.
• To make a purchased report available to you again for the analysis it belongs to.
• To operate, secure, debug and improve the service.
• To respond to support and refund requests.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Retention

Analysis records are retained for as long as needed to provide the service and to keep purchased reports accessible, and may be removed when they are no longer needed for those purposes. Support emails are retained for as long as needed to handle the request and keep a record of it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we handle, including transport encryption and restricted server-side access to stored analysis records. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy requests

You can contact us to ask what information relating to you we hold, to request correction, or to request deletion of an analysis record or support correspondence. Write to edik4988@gmail.com and include enough detail for us to locate the record, such as the listing URL you analyzed. Depending on where you live, additional rights may apply under local law.

Children

CarWise AI is intended for adults and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above shows when the current version was published.
