What CarWise AI is

CarWise AI provides informational automotive purchase intelligence. It analyzes a vehicle listing you submit, compares it with available market data, and produces a Buy Score and a written analysis.

What CarWise AI is not

• Reports are not mechanical inspections.
• Reports are not warranties or guarantees of any kind.
• Reports are not formal vehicle appraisals.
• Reports are not legal, financial or tax advice.
• Reports do not guarantee the condition, history or safety of a vehicle.

Verify before you buy

You should independently verify a vehicle's condition and history before purchasing. Where appropriate, arrange a professional pre-purchase inspection and an independent vehicle history check. You remain solely responsible for your final purchasing decision.

Data limitations

CarWise AI depends on third-party listing, vehicle history and market data. That data may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable or inaccurate, and some facts may be reported as unverified. AI-generated analysis has limitations and can be wrong or incomplete. Where a fact cannot be verified, CarWise AI reports it as unverified rather than assuming it.

Free and paid access

The Free Buy Score is available at no cost. The Full AI Buy Report is a one-time digital purchase of $7.99 USD per vehicle analysis. It is not a subscription, and it is not recurring. An unlock applies only to the specific analysis it was purchased for; analyzing another vehicle, or running a new analysis, requires a separate purchase. Paid purchases are not yet enabled on this website.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service unlawfully or to infringe anyone's rights.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, paid access or usage limits.
• Do not scrape, resell, redistribute or republish reports or underlying data.
• Do not interfere with, overload or attempt to disrupt the service.

Intellectual property

The CarWise AI website, its branding, scoring methodology and report formats belong to CarWise AI. You may use the reports you generate for your own personal vehicle purchasing decisions. Third-party data remains the property of its respective providers.

Service availability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. Features, data providers and pricing may change, and access may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarWise AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from a vehicle purchase decision you make. Our total liability relating to a purchased report is limited to the amount you paid for that report. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above shows when the current version was published.
